Ideal Cargo trailers are more durable and more rugged than any other trailers on the road. We are working very hard so you can use your trailer to the max of its capabilities. Through our well-established network of dealers, we assure you that Ideal Cargo takes care of you as long as you own one of our trailers and our warranty proves it.

CLASSIC, REVOLUTION, CONCORD, V-NOSE, ANTARTIC MODELS:

Ideal Cargo Inc. offers a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty covers parts and labour for the trailer and its components. Three (3) years from the date of purchase metal oxidation warranty for any holes made in the aluminium sheet. Five (5) year warranty on the structure of the walls, the floor and the ceiling as well as the welds assuming that there has not been misuse. Some components are not warranteed by Ideal Cargo but by our component manufacturer directly: axles, tires, wheels, hand attachment, actuator, window or all other parts not manufactured by Ideal Cargo.

AVANTAGES MODEL:

Ideal Cargo Inc. provides a limited warranty ninety (90) days from the date of purchase by the original purchaser on the zinc hardware and one (1) year for the trailer. This warranty covers parts and labour on the entire trailer and its components. Two (2) years metal oxidation warranty from the date of purchase for perforation of the aluminium sheet. Four (4) years floor structure warranty (tubes and sleepers) provided that there has not been misuse. Some components are not warranteed by Ideal Cargo but by our component’s manufacturer directly: axles, tires, wheels, hand attachment, actuator, window or all other parts not manufactured by Ideal Cargo.

Warranty will be honoured only if the repair is allowed by Ideal Cargo Inc. and performed at an Ideal Cargo inc. authorized dealer. If a repair is performed elsewhere than at a dealership authorized by Ideal Cargo Inc., warranty will be denied. All replacement settlement, costs of services, costs of towing operations or costs of transport are the responsibility of the buyer and paid by Ideal Cargo Inc. and the authorized dealers. Loss of time, inconvenience of time, loss of use of trailer, rental or substitute equipment, loss of income or other commercial loss are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not apply if the product has been abused, overloaded or neglected. Ideal Cargo Inc. reserves the right to determine whether the product was improperly used or abused by the buyer. This warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser.
